Natalie Taaffe Hoffman, co-founder and managing partner, brings to Linden Partners more than 25 years of fund development experience.
Prior to forming Linden Partners in 1999, Hoffman served for 13 years as Associate Dean, External Affairs at Carnegie Mellon University’s graduate business school (the Tepper School of Business). In this capacity, she managed fundraising, alumni affairs, public relations and marketing for the graduate business school. Prior to that, Ms. Hoffman was Director of Development for Shady Side Academy in Pittsburgh.
Ms. Hoffman is on the board of directors of the Pittsburgh Opera, the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra, and Three Rivers Arts Festival Committee of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, the Allegheny College Council on Economics and ARCS of Pittsburgh. She is a former board member of the “I Have a Dream” Foundation of Pittsburgh – of which she was a founder – and of the Friends of Hôpital Albert Schweitzer Haiti.
Ms. Hoffman holds a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA from Allegheny College.
